Player Conduct

Ok, so here is a few areas we need to address.

Topics of conversation in open chat. There has been a request put before the leaders within the alliance to clean up alliance vent. There has been some very sexual conversations taking place in general ally vent, and this will no longer be tolerated. When the conversations in general channels make others feel uncomfortable to the point that they either avoid that channel or vent altogether is has no place in that channel. To that end, if you need to engage in that kind of talk, please go to a private channel.

Subject matter in Guild Chat. The following will not be tolerated in the GC Channel; talk of using drugs, name calling or otherwise belittling another player, race hate / gender preference hate, or any type of speak that makes others feel uncomfortable. This is a game and it is for enjoyment. Let's try to move away from the "i'll sound cool for saying this" kind of mentality.

I don't want to sound like a prude, but when we get new members in our guild we don't want them thinking "what a bunch of immature (fill in the blank)s". Let's put our best feet forward and keep it clean. Team chat channel, and private channel are fine for this but not GC.

I know not all of us are adults, but let's try to act like it!
Swearing is not forbidden, but context matters.
Let's try to keep it to a minimum.
Most of the time its unnecessary, and substitute words can be used.
Please save the foul language for private chat.
If you are angry, upset, etc. and need to vent, pm me and swear up a storm! But let's keep it out of alliance and guild chat.
It just makes us look bad.
